Terms of Service
Effective Date: January 1, 2026
1. Scope of Estimates
All initial estimates provided via phone or messenger are preliminary. Final project pricing is subject to a mandatory on-site inspection of the roof's condition and structural integrity.
2. Scheduling & Weather
Roofing is weather-dependent. New Image Services reserves the right to reschedule projects in the event of rain, high winds, or extreme temperatures to ensure crew safety and material integrity.
3. Property Access
Homeowners must provide clear access to the driveway and perimeter of the home during the project. We are not responsible for damage to items left in the "drop zone" (e.g., patio furniture, potted plants) that were not moved prior to arrival.
4. Payment Terms
Specific payment schedules, including deposits and final balances, will be outlined in your individual project contract. We do not accept payments directly through this website.
